What is menopause?
Menopause isn’t just the end of your periods, it’s a full-body hormonal shift. Your oestrogen will drop to a lower, more stable level over time. It can affect everything from your sleep to your memory to your relationships.
No woman is the same — every woman will experience menopause differently. Some women will have symptoms, and some women won't.

Our team all have additional training in menopause, and hormones. They are hand selected for their experience, warmth and empathy

I am passionate about supporting women through every stage of menopause with empathy and evidence-based care, helping them feel heard and understood.

Menopause can feel overwhelming and confusing, with fluctuating and unexpected symptoms and a lot of information to navigate. I focus on turning complex medical information and jargon into clear, simple guidance to help women feel informed, confident, and in control of their health.

Every woman’s experience of perimenopause and menopause is different and I love to work with women to help them understand their symptoms, the effects these are having on them and to tailor a holistic management plan specific to their needs

Taking an individual approach is key to providing the best care plan for each woman and empowering personal choice.

I am passionate about empowering women with the knowledge to manage their health confidently and holistically.

It’s a privilege to spend time with patients to understand their unique treatment needs and priorities and together create a management plan to address them.
