    Take a blood test for testosterone

    This is to check your baseline testosterone levels are not high. If you have a blood test from a different provider already, you can skip this step.

    Complete our online assessment

    Complete a short health form. A doctor will review this alongside your blood test to decide if it’s safe to prescribe. If a consultation is needed, we’ll book one free of charge.

  • 3

    Start your testosterone treatment

    Plans are 3 months and include your treatment, unlimited WhatsApp support and a monitoring blood test. From £79 per month.

What to expect when you order the start testosterone blood test

Our test kit is delivered to your door within 2–3 days of purchase, free of charge
Easy, at-home blood collection via a simple-to-use Tasso device (an autodraw device for taking your blood), with full instructions provided
Expert-validated report with complimentary 20-minute appointment to discuss results and next steps

Take your sample and return your kit

Your test kit includes everything you need, with clear written instructions and a short video to guide you through the process. You’ll use a Tasso device, which is placed on your upper arm to collect your blood sample safely and easily.

For the start testosterone blood test, you’ll take one sample. Once you’ve finished, pack your kit following the instructions, seal it in the prepaid envelope, and post it back via a Royal Mail post box.

We’ll process your results within 2–3 days of receiving your sample. Our care team is always available if you need support at any point.

We will email you your free testosterone assessment form. You need to complete this, so that we can assess your suitability to start testosterone once we have your blood test results.

If it's safe to prescribe, we will issue you a prescription so that you can quickly start testosterone. If you'd like to discuss starting with a doctor, or there is something in your health history which needs a discussion, you can book into a 20-minute doctors appointment. This is included in the price.

With this service, we include a complimentary appointment with one of our clinicians to help you make sense of your results and talk through starting treatment.

If you need the appointment, it is 20-minutes long, and gives you the chance to get your questions answered by an expert in women's health. Our clinicians will also talk you through what we offer and how we can help.

Receive your results and clinician letter

Your results will be emailed to you in a PDF, along with your clinic letter from your appointment. You can then share this information with your own GP, if you would like to.
